TravelScanning is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by the airlines, hotels, booking sites, rail and coach companies or data providers it links to or uses. Their names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify their services. Some links to partners are affiliate links; see the terms of use.
Apple, iPhone and Apple Maps are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions. App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc.
Data and credits
The results in TravelScanning combine data from these sources:
- OpenAI — destination suggestions, ranking and short descriptions, produced by an AI model.
- OpenStreetMap — where destinations are, found with the Nominatim service: “© OpenStreetMap contributors”, available under the Open Database License (openstreetmap.org/copyright).
- Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons — destination photos, each under the licence shown on its Wikimedia Commons page.
- OpenWeather and Open-Meteo — current weather; Open-Meteo marine data — wave height, swell and sea temperature (“Weather data by Open-Meteo.com”, CC BY 4.0).
- LiteAPI — hotels, with their photos, ratings and prices.
- Travelpayouts — flight fare lookups.
- OurAirports and OpenFlights — airports and air routes.
- Apple Maps — the maps in the app.

This website uses no third-party code, fonts or images, sets no cookies and loads nothing from other websites. See the privacy policy.
